PTU Mission Statement
To bring the parents and staff of this Parish-School into closer relationships so that they may cooperate intelligently and efficiently in promoting the welfare and needs of the students of St. Mary Byzantine by:
- Establishing an informational network to assist parents and others in their knowledge and understanding of Catholic education and related concerns;
- Providing opportunities for parents and others to participate more effectively in the educational mission of the Parish-School;
- Bringing the influence of Catholic parents into the Parent Teacher Unit’s (PTU) decision making processes; and
- Providing a forum where ideas, programs, and resolutions can be communicate for the mutual benefit of the Parish-School.
