BREAKFAST WITH THE PRINCIPAL

 

The following students have earned Breakfast With the Principal tomorrow for May:

STAFF CHANGES:

 

Mrs. Bowles has informed us that she will not be returning to St. Mary’s next year.  We are grateful to Mrs. Bowles for her many years of dedicated service to our school, and her students.  We all wish Mrs. Bowles the very best in all of her future endeavors.

 

Mrs. Burnside will be our 4th Grade homeroom teacher.

 

Mrs. McKay will be our 5th Grade homeroom teacher.

 

DRESS DOWN

 

Students may dress down on Thursday and Friday.  No shorts are permitted.  Students may wear jeans & appropriate T-shirts.

 

2008-2009 INFORMATION PACKETS

 

Large envelopes will be going home containing the 2008-2009 handbook, supply lists and other important information for next year.  Please note that the 2008-2009 calendar is on page 1 of the Handbook.  You will only receive this packet if you are registered & your tuition is paid in full.  Grades

1-7 will receive their packets today, Wednesday, June 3rd.

 

UNIFORM CHANGES

 

Please note in the 2008-2009 Handbook that next year girls may ONLY wear knee-high length socks in uniform colors.

 

UNIFORMS

 

We have many used uniforms available for students, free of charge.  Please come check our supply before making any new purchases.

 

SUMMER HOURS

 

Beginning the week of June 16th, the office will only be open Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. until Noon.

2008-009 TUITION

 

If you agreed to a 10-month payment schedule for 2008-2009, your payment is due by June 15th.  Payments may be dropped off when the office is open, mailed or deposited in the outdoor lockbox.  Please keep to the payment schedule throughout the summer to avoid a major September bill.  Invoices will not be mailed monthly.

 

VOUCHER (SCHOLARSHIP)

 

If at any point you receive a voucher or voucher payment change, please contact the school office.  CSTP does not notify the school, all information must come from the parents.

 

SUPPLY LIST UPDATE

 

For next school year, absolutely no scissors or permanent markers are permitted.

 

OPEN ENROLLMENT

 

We are accepting applications for next school year.  Current families are the best form of public relations.  If you know of any relatives, friends or neighbors who might consider a Catholic school education, please encourage them to call the school for further information and to arrange a tour.  Referring families will receive a $100 tuition credit when a new applicant is accepted.

 

SUMMER CAMP

 

Information about a variety of summer camp options is available in the school office.

 

MARKET DAY

 

Market Day Orders need to be in by Tuesday, June 17th.  Pick up is Saturday, June 21st, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon.
